摘要
本文提出了建设现代农业的四大目标,并提出现代农业的衡量指标是资源产出率、劳动生产率、产品质量与安全性和资源利用率。认为发展现代农业对于保障国家粮食安全、保护消费者健康、促进农民增收、提高农业国际竞争力、保护生态环境都有重要意义。文章建议提高农业科技创新能力、加强农业科技推广能力、加强农业基础设施建设、完善农产品补贴制度。
The paper proposes 4 main goals for modern agricultural construction, propounds that the indicators for modern agriculture are resource productivity, labor productivity, products' quality and safety, and resource utilization rate. The paper advocates improving innovative capacity of agricultural science and technology, strengthening agricultural science and technology extension ability, strengthening agricultural infrastructure construction, and consummating subsidy system for agricultural products
