摘要
综述了漆酶的性质、发酵法生产、分离纯化及其在工业和生物技术领域的应用。指出了漆酶在理论研究、工业化生产和应用领域存在的问题及其发展前景。
This paper summarized the property, fermentation, purification and application in industry and biotechnology of laccase. Some problems existed in theoretical research, industrial production and application area were pointed out.
