摘要
反相液相色谱法分离1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸及其杂质,采用面积归一化法进行含量分析。讨论了检测波长的选择和样品的制备,优化了流动相的组成。建立了测定1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸含量的方法:以C18键合相色谱柱为分析柱,以甲醇和pH4.5的磷酸二氢钠缓冲液混合物为流动相,λ=238nm作为检测波长进行测定。
The separation of 1,4,5,8 -naphthalenetetracarboxylic acid from impurities coexisted and quantitative analysis by area normalization method were examined by using reverse liquid chromatography (RLC) method. The detection wavelength, sample preparation and the optimization of mobile phase comtitution were discussed. As a result, the present compound can be determined by HPLC with Clscolumn, methanol and pH4. 5 sodium dihydrogenphosphate buffer solution as eluting agent and ultraviolet detection wavelength at 238nm.
