Research on systematic management of medical safety in peri-operation

用系统论的观点和方法，分析了围手术期医疗系统全过程，并将围手术期医疗分为手术前中后三段以分析各个环节的相互作用。论证了系统方法对围手术期医疗安全管理的指导意义，内部医疗管理部门在围手术期医疗安全管理中的中心地位。指出，围手术期医疗管理的重点在于术前医疗管理。

This paper introduced the whole process of peri-operation in a system view. The process was divided into prooperation, in-operation and late-operation process and the relative among those three processes were analyzed. The internal medical management department had a key role in medical safety in peri-operation and system theory was a guide to medical safety management. The pro-operation was the most important process in safety management during peri-operation.
