米糠多糖对人工感染传染性法氏囊病毒雏鸡的保护力及NK细胞活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究米糠多糖对鸡免疫功能的影响,将250只健康京白939公雏鸡随机分为5组,每组50只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为米糠多糖处理组,Ⅳ组为攻毒对照组,Ⅴ组为空白对照组。10日龄时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别灌服米糠多糖50 mg/kg.d、100 mg/kg.d、200 mg/kg.d,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组灌服生理盐水1 ml/只,连续用药5 d。15日龄时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别肌肉注射鸡法氏囊病毒悬液0.1 ml/只,Ⅴ组肌肉注射生理盐水0.1 ml/只。后观察鸡群的发病和死亡情况,且分别于攻毒前和攻毒后7、14、21 d制取鸡脾淋巴细胞悬液,进行NK细胞活性的检测。结果表明,在攻毒后14 d,200 mg/kg.d米糠多糖剂量组的鸡只发病率和死亡率明显低于攻毒对照组,且NK细胞活性高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。 In order to understand the effects of rice bran polysaccharide(RBP) on modulating immune function,two hundred and fifty healthy male chickens were randomly divided into five groups,with 50 chickens per group.The groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were dealt with RBP,group Ⅳ and Ⅴ were as control.At 10-day-old the test groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were gavaged with RBP at dosage of 50 mg/kg·d,100 mg/kg·d and 200 mg/kg·d and group Ⅳ,Ⅴwere administrated with normal saline at 1ml per chicken respectively for 5 days.Then groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were injected with IBDV solution at the dosage of 0.1ml per chickem.Group Ⅴ (control) was injected with normal saline 1ml per chinden.Incidence rates and death rates were observed.Natural killer cell activity was examined before injected IBDV solution and day 7,14 and 21 after injected IBDV solution respectively.The results showed that 200mg/kg ·d RBP could decrease incidence and death rates of the chickens infected with IBDV after day 14.And compared to control group RBP could enhance the killer cell activity obviously(P〈0.01).
