摘要
由于采用现有装置对水泥基材料在不同环境下的变形性能进行研究存在许多不足之处,因此开发出一种多环境下水泥基材料体积变形在线监测仪。本仪器采用环境模拟技术,激光、电涡流测微技术及传动系统实现在多环境下,对多组试件进行非接触式变形自动化监测,并利用自行设计的模具,可带模测试,使其适合早期体积变形试验。本仪器适用范围广(如:玻璃、陶瓷、墙体材料等)且具有测试成本低、高精度、智能化的优点。
There exist many insufficiencies with existing devices used for measuring cement-based meterial volume deformation under different environments. Therefore, through comparing and analyzing some measuring meanses for cement-based material volume deformation at home and abroad, a continuous online monitor for cement-based material volume deformation based on multiple environments is developed. This device is designed by the environmental simulation technology, micro-distance measuring technologies of laser and eddy current, and transmission setup used for monitoring the deformation of multi-group samples. This device can be used widely, such as glass, ceramics, walling material, and so on, with a high precision, low testing cost, and intellectualization.
