摘要
文章首先介绍了知识员工及其工作内容,根据其工作内容的不同将知识员工的工作内容进行了总结分类,然后通过对知识员工工作内容绩效特征的研究,进一步阐述了对于不同的工作内容应该实行不同的考核方法。
Firstly, this work introduces knowledge worker and its work. Secondary, based on the research of Jianqiao LIAO, this paper puts knowledge worker's work in a category. At last, by researching on its performance features, it describes that the contents of the work should be different for different assessment methods.
