摘要
针对某机械厂离心脱水机控制系统的不足,分析了离心脱水机的工作原理及其关键技术,采用变频器调速方式驱动,实现了对污泥泵、转鼓和螺旋输送器的无级调速。结合动力系统的特点与要求,完成了PLC电控系统的操作方便性设计和可靠性设计,结合软件编程,实现了系统的功能。该系统启动平稳,操作方便,同时降低了设备故障率。
Aiming at the behindhand control system of horizontal centrifuge of some machinery factory, its work principle and its key technique were thoroughly analyzed, and then converter was adopted to drive electrical motor. Stepless speed regulation of sludge pamp rotor drum, screw conveyor can be actualized. Combining with the characteristic and requirement of dynamical system, facility and reliability of PLC control system were actualized. System functions were realized by software. And the system reduce the failure rate of equipment, it also has steady starting, easy operation.
