产业集群效应对技术创新能力的贡献——基于国家高新区的实证研究

Contribution of industrial cluster's effects to technology innovative ability——an empirical research based on hi-tech industrial development zone in China

根据国内外学者的产业集群促进技术创新的说法,把产业集群分解成四方面的因素,分别分析它们对国家高新区技术创新能力的贡献;并对我国53个国家高新区进行实证分析,讨论这四方面因素对国家高新区创新的贡献,指出国家高新区的自主创新未充分发展的主要原因之一是,我国现阶段的高新技术产业集群没有实现真正意义上的产业集群,从而无法充分发挥其促进高新技术产业技术创新的作用。

According to the overseas and domestic scholars＂ parlance that industrial cluster promotes technology innovation, this paper divides industrial cluster into four factors and analyses their contributions to the technology innovative ability of hi - tech industrial development zone in China respectively. This paper conducts empirical study on 53 hi - tech Industrial development zones in China, discusses the contributions of the four factors to the innovation of hi - tech industrial development zone in China, puts forward that one of the main reasons why self - innovation has not developed fully is that present hi - tech industrial cluster in China has not realized genuine industrial cluster, consequently could not promote the technology innovation of hi - tech industry fully.
