摘要
针对企业的组织开放式创新文化支持度、市场导向以及不同创新程度分析与创新绩效的关系。借助开放式创新理论分析企业开放式创新文化支持度对于中小企业的市场导向的影响,并进一步按照创新程度区分突变性创新与渐进性创新,探讨市场导向对于创新绩效的影响程度。通过来自江浙沪闽四地的241家中小高新技术企业的数据,结合结构方程建模(SEM)进行实证研究。结果表明,这些区域的中小高新技术企业开放式创新文化与企业的市场导向,对于不同的创新程度的绩效影响程度不同。
This paper investigates the relationship between open innovative strategy, market - orientation, innovative degree and the innovative performance through theories of marketing, product innovation and organization. It analyses how the innovative culture impacts on the market - driven of SME, as well as discussing how the market - driven affects innovative performance according to different innovative degree. It also employs SEM to do date demonstration on SME from Jiang/Zhe/Hu/Min four districts. The results indicate generallv there is a onen innovative culture influences the market - orientation thus has different impact on innovation performance.
