摘要
尽管挤压油膜阻尼器具有明显改善转子系统振动特性的作用,合理确定挤压油膜阻尼器的设计参数却非易事,尤其是在复杂的轴承-转子系统情况下.文中介绍了一种行之有效的挤压油膜阻尼器最优设计方法——虚设振幅逆解法.利用该方法可以首先估算系统所需的最佳支承质量、支承刚度和支承阻尼,进而可以确定满足以上参数要求的挤压油膜阻尼器的结构参数.文中针对滑动轴承支承的单质量弹性转子系统。
Though various squeeze film dampers could obviously improve the vibration characteristics of rotor systems, it is no easy to determine their designed parameters reasonably, especially under the circumstances of complicated rotor bearing systems. This paper presents a new optimum design method on squeeze film damper, which is called the inverse solution with imaginary amplitude. By means of this method, the optimum support mass, support stiffness and support damping necessary to the rotor systems can be determined, and successively the designed parameters of squeeze film damper can be defined to satisfy the above requirement. Furthermore, the calculation and analysis are conducted on a single mass flexible rotor sliding bearing system supported on general squeeze film dampers or hydrostatic squeeze film dampers respectively.
