摘要
目的:建立七花活血片的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定七花活血片中人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1的含量。色谱柱:lichrospherC_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(20:80~40:60)线性梯度洗脱;流速:0.8mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃,检测波长:203nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg_1的进样量在1.025~10.25μg线性关系良好,r=0.999 4,平均回收率为96.61%,RSD=1.26%;人参皂苷Rb_1的进样量在0.545~5.45μg线性关系良好, r=0.999 3,平均回收率为96.51%,RSD=1.94%。结论:本法准确、专属性强、重现性好,可作为本制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a determination method for Qihua Huoxue tablet. Methods: The content of Ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1 in Qihua Huoxue Tablet was detected by HPLC gradient elution method. HPLC was performed with Lichrospher C18 column (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -water of (20: 80 -40:60) gradient elution and the detection wavelength was at 203nm, the flow rate being 0. 8 mL·min^-1; the injection volume was 10μL; the column temperature was 30℃. Results: Ginsenoside RgI has a good linearity within 1. 025 - 10. 25μg (r =0. 999 4) and the average recovery was 96.61% with RSD = 1.26% ; Ginsenoside RbI has a good linearity within 0. 545 -5.45μg (r = 0. 999 3) and the average recovery was 96.51% with RSD = 1.94%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive, reproucibile and exclusive, is available for quality of Qihua Huoxue tablet.
