摘要
区域规划是公共政策的重要组成部分,是政府干预和协调地区关系的重要手段之一。随着全球化和区域一体化发展的日趋深入,区域规划步入了一个全面复兴的时代,并受到世界各国的普遍重视。我国的区域规划应以解决当前和可预见的区域重大问题为突破口,深入研究规划实施所依赖的各种路径,重视规划实施政策的制定,不仅关注经济发展,还应强调社会公平公正,以提高城市的竞争力,促进区域的协调发展。
Regional planning is an important part of public policy for the govemment to coordinate regional benefits. As the globalization goes on, regional planning has stepped into an overall resurgence era and has been paid great attention across the world. Regional planning in China shaH take significant regional issues as a breakthrough, study various methods of implementation with empha- sis on policy making, and promotes economic development as well as social equity so as to improve a city＇s competitive power and regional development.
