病理性近视眼之巩膜硬度及其在发病因素中之作用

The Relationship Betiween Scleral E Value and Pathogenesis of Degenerative Myopia

本文报道２０４只病理性近视眼之巩膜Ｅ值，以０．０１６５～０．０２３７为正常值，低于０．０１６５者１６８眼（８２．３５％）。未发现Ｅ值与患者年龄大小、屈光度深浅或是否有家族病史和后巩膜葡萄肿存在之相关性，Ｅ值下降是由发生学上所引起。

The scleral E value was observed in 204 eyes with degenerative myopia. The results showed that the scleral E value of 168 eyes (82.35%) was below the normal value (0.0165—0.0237). And the scleral E value had no correlation with the age of the patients, diopter of the eyes, family history and posterior staphyloma. It is indicated that the decrease of the scleral E value is the main biomechanical faclor or clinical course of degenerative myopia.
