摘要
运用象限分析法,以价值链为切入点,对电子制造服务产业需求管理中的主要指标,销售额比率、生产频率、生产时间进行分析。通过纵向分析历史数据,计算出客户平均的周需求量与销售比率,同时确定产品在需求协同模型中的位置,计算出生产频率和被均衡化的需求量。归纳了四大需求类型并建立适用于中国电子制造服务产业的需求协同模型。
The paper analyzed key indicators with value chain in demand collaboration management of China EMS through quadrant analytical method on sale ratio, production frequency and production time. Using portrait data analysis, it calculates average weekly demand and sale ratio, locates the specific product in the demand collaboration model, defines production frequency and the synergies demand volume. The paper summarizes four types of demands, establishes demand collaboration model that fits the China EMS.
