摘要
以Tween 80为分散剂,制备中间相碳微球(MCMB)凝胶注模浆料.实验结果表明,浆料的流变性能随着固含量的增加,在不同分散剂量的条件下,均存在着相同的固含量临界点,此时浆料的流变性能突然下降;在固含量不变的条件下,随着分散剂Tween 80加入量的增加,浆料的流变性能越来越好,相对每一固含量,浆料的流变性能均存在一个合适的分散剂加入量;真空搅拌获得的浆料的流变性能优于非真空搅拌浆料,每一分散剂量,还对应另一个固含量临界点,超过此临界点,不适宜于用作凝胶注模浆料.分析了流变性变化的原因.
The aqueous mesocarbon microbead (MCMB) suspensions used for gelcasting were prepared by using Tween 80 as dispersant. The experimental results indicated that the rheologic property of suspensions improved with the increase of solid loading, but a critical value of solid loading existed at which rheologic property sharply decreased no matter how much dispersant is added. With an invariable value of solid loading and the increase of Tween 80 value, the rheologic property of suspensions improved. And then, a proper Tween 80 value existed with a decided value of solid loading. The rheologic property of suspensions from vacuum blending was better than from antivacuum blending. Another critical value of solid loading existed in correspondence with a Tween 80 value. The suspensions could not be used for gelcasting if the value of solid loading in suspensions exceeded the critical value, The reason for the variety of the rheologic property of suspensions was analyzed simply.
