摘要
用聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、KNO3、PEG+KNO3、PVA+KNO3等几种化学药剂对自然老化的杂交籼稻汕优63种子进行引发效果研究,以筛选最佳处理方法。结果表明,从引发效果和经济实用两方面考虑,以0.5%PVA+1.0%KNO3处理1 d为最佳。经过该处理的汕优63自然老化种子的发芽率显著提高,比对照(63.0%)提高了11.7个百分点,活力指数、发芽势、苗高、苗重也均较对照显著提高,且成本较低。
Several chemicals including pEG, PVA and KNO3 were used to treat the naturally aged seeds of Shanyou 63, a widly-used indica hybrid rice combination in China, to study their priming effects on seed germination in order to screen the best treating methods. The results showed that the treatment of 0.5% PVA + 1.0% KNO3 soaking for one day was the best one in terms of both the priming effect and economy. After the naturally aged seeds of Shanyou 63 were treated with this treatment, their seed germination percentage was markedly increased by 11.7% from 63.0% (the check) to 74.7% , their vigor index, germination rate, seedling height and weight were all much higher than those of the check. Furthermore, the cost of this treatment was relatively lower (about 1. 12 yuan RMB/kg).
