摘要
通过实验研究了Hβ分子筛催化萘与甲醇的烷基化反应,主要考察了反应温度、物料比及质量空速对烷基化反应的影响.结果显示:在245℃时萘的转化率达到16%,1-甲基萘的选择性为45%.反应的适宜工艺条件为:温度:240~245℃;甲醇与萘的物质的量比1:1;质量空速0.8h^-1.
Abstract: The methylation of naphthalene and methanol on Hβ Zeolite was studied in this paper. The influence factors such as reaction, temperature, ratio of naphthalene to methanol and WHSV of naphthalene were investigated through experiments and the optimum conditon of the Methylation was obtained as the following: the reaetion-temperature was 240- 245 ℃, mole ratio of metal to naphthalene was 1 and WHSV of naphthalene was 0.8 h^-1.
