奥硝唑氢氧化钙根管封药160例临床观察

摘要 目的观察奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂用于根管封药的临床疗效以及对根管治疗期间急症的预防效果。方法将患急、慢性根尖周炎,牙髓坏死需接受根管治疗的288例(316颗患牙)随机分成2组,根管治疗过程中分别采用奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂和甲醛甲酚(FC)根管内封药,对其疗效和治疗期间急症的发生率进行比较。结果观察组成功和有效150例,占93.75%,对照组成功和有效121例,占77.56%,两组疗效差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);观察组、对照组治疗期间急症的发生率分别为11.25%、27.56%,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药能有效控制感染和预防根管治疗期间急症的发生。
