摘要 粘接结构由于具有优越的性能被广泛应用于多个领域。超声检测方法能够有效地解决粘接界面粘接质量的无损检测。本文结合粘接结构自身的特点,介绍了应用于多层金属-非金属粘接结构的超声检测方法、信号分析方法及相关检测技术进展,并就多层金属-金属粘接界面的超声检测提出一点设想。 Adhesive structure is widely applied in many fields because of its superior performances. Ultrasonic testing can solve the problem of non-destructive testing of adhesive quality of the adhesive interface effectively. Associated with the individual features of adhesive structure, this paper presents the applications of ultrasonic testing of multi-layered metal-nonmetal adhesive structure, the analysis of signals and the progress of relevant testing techniques, and taking account of ultrasonic testing of the adhesive interface, several tentative plans are put forward.
