摘要
本文介绍了使用一种等离子体喷枪的常压低温氩等离子体对棉织物进行了辐照亲水性实验,发现使用Ar等离子体处理棉织物一定时间后的亲水性“即时效应”在合适的辐照时间情况下也能得到比较有效的抑制。随着放置时间的延长,在实验中还发现有亲水速率变快的迹象,具体原因还需要以后进行更深入的研究加以确认。这种抑制“即时效应”的方法若能获得实际应用,将有助于推广干法处理纺织品的技术,从而能缓解或解决纺织品处理中的水污染问题。
A facility which is called plasma jet was introduced in this paper. This facility is a kind of normal temperature plasma equipment in the atmospheric pressure. After the cotton was treated by this kind of facility with Ar in different irradiating times, the time-effect of the textile Wettability has been weakened. And a special phenomenon, the time of wettability has been shorter some days later, was introduced in this paper. Of course, the reason about the anti-normal phenomenon needs to be studied later. If the method of weakening the time-effect of the textile wettability can be in application, the problem of water pollution in textile industry will be well dealt.
