摘要
以我国征地制度产生、发展为主线,结合实际,重点论述现行征地制度的不足,并提出了改革建议。
Combining with the practice, the deficiency of the current system of land expropriation was described in terms of producing and development in our country. The paper has offered some suggestion on reforming.
