有机硅丙烯酸酯双改性明胶皮革涂饰剂的研制

Study on the Preparation of Gelatin Leather Coatings Modified by Organic Silicone and Acrylic Esters

采用七甲基乙烯基环四硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯类单体,用乳液聚合的方法同时对明胶改性制作皮革涂饰剂。考察了单体、乳化剂、引发剂的用量及反应温度和时间等因素,经过检测乳液的稳定性、溴值和复合膜的力学性能、膜的卫生性能等来控制并优化改性过程。

In the research, organic silicon and acrylic esters were used to modify the gelatin as leather finishing coatings. The type and dosage of monomers, initiators and emulsifier were taken into account, the reaction temperature and time were also considered.The modification process was controlled and optimized by testing the stability and Br value of emulsions, mechanical and hygienic properties of the composite films.
