摘要 乙基纤维素(EC)是广泛用于固体制剂包衣的水不溶性纤维素衍生物,可作为缓控释制剂应用于缓控释薄膜包衣领域。EC水分散体有乳液聚合、相转变、乳液-溶剂蒸发、溶剂变换等制备方法。文章就EC的特点及增塑剂、EC分子量对包衣膜性能的影响以及包衣过程和成膜机理作了简要的概述。 Ethylcellulose is one of the most widely used water-insoluble polymers for the coating of solid dosage forms. The characteristics of ethylcellulose (EC) are introduced. The ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion can be prepared by latex converge, phase change, emulsion-solvent-evaportion, solvent transform. The effect of plasticizer and molecular weight of ethylcellulose on the drug release properties of coating films and coating and mechanism of film forming is reviewed.
