节段型白癜风的临床和流行病学特征

Clinical and epidemiological features of segmental vitiligo in Chinese patients

目的了解中国人节段型白癜风患者的临床和流行病学特征。方法采用调查表的形式收集患者的临床及家系资料,应用EpiData3·1和SPSS13·0软件对资料进行统计学处理和分析。结果①节段型白癜风患者的平均发病年龄为15·45岁,约80%的患者在20岁以前发病,色素脱失按皮节呈单侧性分布,好发于面部,多在夏季发病,半数以上患者发病前有明确的诱因。②与非节段型白癜风相比,节段型白癜风发病早,家族史少,伴发晕痣和其他自身免疫性疾病少。结论节段型白癜风的临床特征不同于非节段型,其发病机制可能有差异。

Objective To explore the clinical and epidemiological features of segmental vitiligo in Chinese patients. Methods Date for 311 patients with segmental vitiligo were obtained by questionnaire and statistical analyses were performed by EpiData 3. 1 and SPSS 13.0 software packages. Results ① It was found that the mean age of onset of segmental vitiligo was 15.45 years. Approximately 80% of the patients were affected before 20 years. Depigrnented patches had unilateral involvement and a dermatomal distribution. The predilection site was the face. The common season of onset was summer. More than 50% of the patients had causative factors.② Compared with nonsegrnental vitiligo, segrnengtal vitiligo had an earlier age of onset and significantly lower incidence of a positive family history, and was rarely associated with halo nevus and other autoimmune diseases. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of segmental vitiligo differ from those of nonsegrnental vitiligo, which may result from different pathogenesis.
