摘要
以Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、Fe粉末为原料,通过熔融拉丝法制备了多晶莫来石连续纤维;通过XRD、SEM及EDS分析,讨论了莫来石纤维的形成过程及机理。结果表明,采用熔融法从SiO2-Al2O3-FeO体系中能够制备出组织形态为针状的莫来石连续纤维;含有一定玻璃相的纤维在20%的氢氟酸溶液中浸泡,烧结后能够得到莫来石质量分数较高的连续纤维。
Mullite continuous fibers were prepared by melt drawing method, using Al2O3 , SiO2, Fe2O3, Fe powder as main raw materials. Forming mechanism of the mullite was investigated by means of XRD, SEM and EDS, respectively. The resuits show that the mullite continuous fibers with needle structures, can be prepared from SiO2-Al2O3-FeO system, and high quality-fractional mullite continuous fibers can be obtained after dipping the fibers with definite glass phases in 20% hydrofluoric acid and then sintering.
