Application of Green Building Materials and Green Construction in Northern Area

北方地区冬季非常寒冷,民用建筑和工业建筑中采暖成为最主要的能耗形式。绿色墙体材料要适应建筑功能的改善和建筑节能的要求,积极利用当地资源,如低能耗、低污染、高性能、高强度、多功能、系列化、能够提高施工效率的绿色墙体材料。绿色施工涉及与可持续发展密切相关的生态与环境保护、资源与能源利用、社会与经济发展问题,是绿色施工技术的综合应用。实施绿色施工应遵循一定的原则,如减少场地干扰、尊重基地环境,结合气候,节约资源(能源),减少环境污染,科学管理、保证施工质量。

The heating becomes the major energy consumption form for civil architecture and industrial architecture in extremely cold climate ofnortbem area. The material of the green wall body needs adapt to the requirements construction function improvement and construction energy conservation, and local resources should be used actively, such as these materials of lower energy consumption, lower pollution, higher performance, higher strength, multi-purpose, seriation, enhancing construction efficiency. The green construction involves with the problems of ecology and the environmental protection closely related to sustainable development, resources and energy using, social and economical development, and it is the synthesis application of green construction technology. The implementation of green construction should follow certain principle, such as reducing location disturbance, respecting base environment, combining climate, saving resources （energy）, reducing environmental pollution, managing scientifically and guaranting quality of construction.
