本文从图书馆特色化建设的概念与特点出发,阐述了拓展特色化建设的重要性,从馆藏特色、自助服务、人力资源开发等三个方面探讨了拓展图书馆特色化建设模式的策略。
Based on how to build a library with its characteristics and unique features, the paper deliberates the importance of building libraries with their characteristics, including collection, self- service and manpower resources, and the tactics of how to develop them.
