通过瓶(桶)装饮用纯净水微生物检测过程,指出对样品的取样、培养基的制备及其整个操作过程应注意事项,提高了微生物检测的准确度。
In combination with the process of determining microorganisms in bottled (barreled) purified water for drinking, the precautions are pointed out in the sampling of specimen, the preparation of culture medium and other procedures of the entire operation process to enhance the accuracy of determination.
