中草药促生长添加剂对肉鸡血液生理指标的影响

Effect of Medicinal Herb Growth Additives on Blood Physiological Indexes of Broilers

设计中草药促生长添加剂方Ⅰ、方Ⅱ和方Ⅲ,每个组方添加剂量为0.5%、1%、2%,分别对AA肉鸡进行饲喂试验,于28日龄、56日龄测定血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG);用分光光度计法测定尿素氮(BUN)、钙(CA)、无机磷(PHOS)。结果试验组TP、ALB、CHOL、TG与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。BUN含量除方Ⅱ2%添加组外均与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。CA、PHOS含量试验组低于对照组,大部分差异显著(P<0.05),可见中草药促生长作用可能是通过改善蛋白质代谢和钙、磷代谢实现的。

Medicinal herb additives group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and 0.5%,1%,2% doses for each group were designed in this study. At 28 days old and 56 days old,TP,ALB,CHOL,TG,BUN,CA,PHOS of broilers were tested. The results showed that there were no significant difference of TP,ALB,CHOL,TG levels between treatment and control group. The amount of BUN was significantly （P〈0.05）or extreme significantly （P〈0.01）higher than that of control groups except 2% dose of group Ⅱ .The contents of CA and PHOS of most of treatment groups were significantly lower than that of control groups. Medicinal herb may accelerate the growth through improving protein,calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
