摘要
RNAi干扰即一些小双链RNA可高效、特异地阻断体内特定基因的表达,导致特异mRNA降解,从而引起生物体内特异基因的沉默,使细胞表现出某种基因表型的缺失。近年来,RNAi这种技术作为一种简单有效的代替基因敲除的遗传工具在医学研究中得到了广泛的应用并有望成为攻克病毒、肿瘤等疾病的有效手段。
Small double-stranded RNA-mediated interference ( RNA1 ) can target complementary homologous mRNAs for degradation via a mechanism termed RNAi. It can efficiently induce gene-specific silencing. As a powerful reverse genetic tool to replace gene knockout, RNAi technology has been used broadly in medical research and may direct treatment of viral diseases and cancer.
