摘要
目的:研究电针对高脂血症大鼠血浆ET、TXA2、PGI2水平及动脉内皮保护的影响。方法:用高脂饲料喂饲SD大鼠4周,治疗2周后分别对血脂、血栓素(TXA2)、前列腺素(PGI2)、ET进行了检测。结果:电针组大鼠血浆PGI2水平明显增高,而TXA2、ET水平下降、TXA2/PGI2比值明显降低;电针组大鼠肝脏脂肪蓄积稍轻于模型组;结果提示电针具有良好的降脂、保护内皮细胞及预防动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。结论:电针具有良好的降脂、保护内皮细胞及预防动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Electrical acupuncture on ET 、TXA2、PGI2 and protecting the endotheliocytes in the blood plasm of SD rats with Hyperlipidemia.Methods: Fed SD rats with animal feeds rich in fat for 4 weeks,then tested blood fat,TXA2 、PGI2 、ET after 2-week treatment.Results:Electronical acupuncture could lower the level of TC and the content of TG as well as the content of LDL-C,increase the content of HDL-C;the level of PGI2 in the blood plasm of the rats of the Electronical Acupuncture group was significantly increased,while the level of TXA2、 ET,the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 was significantly decreased;the extent of lipopexia in the rats of the Electronical group was slightly lower in comparison to that in the rats of the Model group.It showed that Electronical acupuncture could lower the level of blood fat,protect the endotheliocytes and prevent Atherogenesis.Conclusion:Electronical acupuncture is exactly effective in lowering the level of blood fat,protecting the endotheliocytes and preventing Atherogenesis.
