摘要
[目的]了解毕业后医学教育阶段住院医师因在校教育所学不足而需要在培训期间学习的知识点,为培训期间课程的设置提供有效信息。[方法]对某医院205名住院医师进行现况调查。[结果]住院医师需要学习的知识点按重要性排序为“临床技能、交流沟通技巧、法律知识、专业外语、临床科研设计、心理学知识、管理学知识、营养学知识、礼仪知识和大学语文”等10项,不同年级住院医师的对每一知识点重要性认识差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]有关部门应该加大对医学生人文知识的研究力度,建立国家级的人文课程标准来对在校教育阶段课程进行调整;住院医师培训阶段可通过讲座、授课等形式弥补毕业生所学不足的知识点,有利于他们全面成才。
[Objective] To understand the knowledge points inadequately provided in undergraduate medical programs and learned in postgraduate medical education period according to the demand of clinical practice, and to provide basis for curriculum design: [MethOdS] A cross-sectional investigation was conducted in 205 resident doctors in a hospital. [ Results ] The preceding 10 knowledge points were clinical skill, communication skills, legal knowledge, medical English, clinical research design, psychology, management, nutrition, etiquette, college Chinese in sequence, and there was no difference in the opinion of each point for residents in different grades (P 〉 0.05) [ Gonclusions] Research on medical humanism cun'ieulum should be strengthened, and national humanism curriculum standard for medical students should be instituted to adjust the proeess of postgraduate medical education, in which lectures and classes could be given to the residents to meet their demands of inadequate knowledge points.
