摘要
目的:探讨血液标本存放条件对检测结果的影响。方法:所有全血标本室温或4℃条件下存放,连续5 d应用Sysm ex K-4500全自动血细胞分析仪进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果:室温条件下标本短时间存放,仅血小板平均容积(MPV)在4 h时的检测结果较即刻检测有显著性差异(P<0.01)。室温条件下标本长时间存放,白细胞(WBC)于48 h、红细胞(RBC)于96 h、血小板(PLT)于24 h、血红蛋白(HGB)于120 h、红细胞压积(HCT)于48 h、红细胞容积分布宽度(RDW)于72 h和血小板平均容积(MPV)于4 h开始与即刻检测比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。4℃条件下标本长时间存放,WBC于96 h、RBC于120 h、PLT于72 h、HCT于96 h、RDW于96 h、MPV于24 h开始与即刻检测比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),而HGB至120 h较即刻检测亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血细胞分析应在24 h内尽快完成,如不能及时送检,应保存在4℃条件下。
Objective:To observe the effect of storage conditions on blood cell analysis . Methods:47 blood specimens were stored at normal room temperature or at 4℃ and tested by Sysmex K-4500 hematology analyzer for 5 days consecutively. Results were statistically analyzed. Results: Only MPV had significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) ,when blood specimens were stored in the laboratory for a short time. When blood specimens were stored in the laboratory for a long time ,WBC was stable for 48 h, RBC was stable for 96 h ,PLT was stable for 24 h, HGB was stable for 120 h,HCT was stable for 48 h,and RDW was stable for 72 h. MVP showed a significant change (P 〈0.01 )when compared with the instant checks. When blood specimens were stored at 4℃ for 'a long time, there was a significant change in MPV ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , when compared with instant checks,WBC 96 h,RBM 120 h,PLT 72 h,HTC 96 h,RDW 96 h,while there was no significant change in HGB in 120 h ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Blood routine analysis must be completed within 24 h. If not,it should be stored at 4℃ in refrigerator.
