摘要
本文从高功率超宽谱对高速开关的基本要求入手引出了一种新的器件——漂移阶跃恢复二极管(DSRD),详细介绍了DSRD的基本结构、工作机理、典型电路,利用计算机对电路进行了模拟,对信号特点、系统响应进行了分析,并就超宽谱探测和干扰应用时的功率合成方法做了简单说明,最后对DSRD的发展方向进行了展望。
Starting with the essential requirements of high power UWS, a new device--Drift Step Recovery Diode(DSRD) is presented, which meets all the demands. First, the basic parameters, mechanism and typical circuits of DSRD are introduced in detail. And then a typical circuit is simulated by computer, with that the signal characteristics and the system responses are analyzed. After that the power combination methods, which are fit for UWS detecting and jamming applications, are explained in brief. At last, the prospective future of DSRD evolution is discussed.
