HPLC法测定舒筋通络胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1及三七皂苷R_1的含量

Determination of ginseng saponin Rg_1,Rb_1 and notoginseng saponin R_1 in Shujin Tongluo capsule by HPLC

目的 建立舒筋通络胶囊中多种有效成分的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法对制剂中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1等有效成分进行含量检测。结果 Rg1、Rb1和R1线性范围分别为1．48-8．88μg，1．36-8．16μg和0．36～2．16μg。该方法回收率Rg1为100．96％（RSD=0．84％），Rb1为99．20％（RSD=0．76％），R1为99．31％（RSD=1．06％）。结论 本测定方法简便可行、重复性好，可用于本制剂中各有效成分的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determining effective components in Shumjin Tongluo Capsule. METHODS The content of ginseng saponin Rg1, Rb1 and notoginseng saponin Rb1 and notoginseng saponin R1 were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The quantification method of ginseng saponin Rg1 has the linear range of 1.48 - 8.88μg,the average recovery was 100. 96% ,and RSD was 0. 84% correspondingly;The quantification method of ginseng saponin Rb1 has the linear range of 0. 36-2. 161μg the average recovery was 99. 31% ,and RSD was 1.06% correspopndingly. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible and reproducibility is good, it can be used to quality control in medicinal preparation.
