摘要
目的评价循证护理模式应用于临床护理教学效果的影响。方法将循证护理模式应用于临床护理教学,选取我科26名护士和12名实习护生作为调查对象,分别在实施教学前和教学后对其理论知识、操作技能、沟通能力和知识应用4个方面进行考核对比。结果应用循证护理模式进行护理教学后,调查对象的综合能力得到显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将循证护理模式应用于临床护理教学可明显改善教学质量,促进各项护理技能得到提高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing teaching. Methods The evidence-based nursing was applied in clinical nursing in stomatology department. Then, the theory knowledge, nursing techniques, communication skills and clinical prac-tice of 26 nurses and 12 nursing students were tested and compared before and after clinical teaching. Results After the application of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching,the nursing students' comprehensive abilities were improved significantly(P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion The application of evi-dence-based nursing can improve the quality of clinical teaching and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive nursing competenees.
