摘要
棉织物经树脂整理后抗皱性和防缩性较好,但存在强损和色变等问题。通过对树脂整理剂555用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等因素分析,优化整理条件,即树脂用量80 g/L、轧余率65%、160℃焙烘150 s。结果表明,织物整理后平整度DP可达3.0级或以上,撕破强力保留率高,游离甲醛<75 mg/kg。
Resin finish can impart cotton fabric good crease and shrink resistance,but will lead to strength damage and unex- pected color change. Major factors such as resin concentration, curing temperature and its fluctuation, as well as curing time are analyzed. The optimal parameters and conditions are determined,that is, resin 80 g/L,pickup 65 %,curing at 160 ~C for 150 so Results show that the treated fabric possessed 3.0-grade levelness, high tearing strength retention, and free formaldehyde below 75 mg/kg.
