摘要
对国内外高速公路经营权估价问题及其理论与方法进行系统、全面回顾,综合比较重置成本法、收益现值法、实物期权法等三种高速公路经营权估价方法,为高速公路经营权估价理论与方法的研究和应用提供借鉴。
The domestic and abroad evaluation theory and method for management rights of freeway systematically are reviewed. Three kinds of evaluation methods, namely cost approach, profit discount approach and real option approach are compared systematically. Suggestions to the research and application in evaluation theory and method for management right of freeway are offered.
