摘要 提出了测试电介质材料复介电常数的新方法,获得了利用两个散射参数同时求解材料复介电常数的表达式,解决了自由空间法测量电介质材料的相位模糊性问题,建立了测试系统,讨论了该系统的校准方法。通过在X波段对电介质材料复介电常数的测量,证明该测试方法的正确性。 A new method of measuring the complex permittivity parameter is presented, and the expressions for solving electromagnetic parameters are obtained by using two scatter parameters, and the phase-shift ambiguity problem of thick samples is solved. The test system is established, and the method of calibration is discussed. Several dielectric samples are measured at X band. It is proved by the experiment that the presented method is valid.
