摘要
借鉴Fehr&Schmidt公平偏好理论,通过建立融入员工公平偏好的团队理论模型,分析员工内在的公平偏好对知识型团队合作的作用机制。结果发现,即使不采用外在的监控机制,通过知识型员工具有的公平偏好可能解决知识型团队员工的“偷懒”问题,进而导致知识型团队合作均衡。
Being differ from the standard team theories preference theory set by Fehr & Schmidt for reference, on the hypothesis of this paper sets the absolute selfish workers, using the fairness team theory model including the workers' fairness preference to research the knowledge team incentive mechanism. It is shown that workers intrinsic fairness preference can stimulate the knowledge team productions to equilibrium of team cooperation without extrinsic monitor when teams involve free-rider problems, This conclusion can explain our cases of knowledge team cooperation in rea- son, which is difficult to be done by standard team theories, and provide some theoretical guidance and beneficial insights for solving the workers' free-rider problems in knowledge team cooperation.
