妇科手术前阴道清洁方法及改进措施研究

Study for the vaginal cleaning methods and it's improvement before gynecologic operation

目的探讨术前阴道擦洗与灌洗法清洁效果对比及灌洗方法的优越性,改进妇科手术前阴道准备方法,预防术后感染。方法选择妇科待手术病人180例,随机分为擦洗组与灌洗组各90例,分别于手术前进行阴道擦洗和灌洗,于阴道准备前、后分别取两组宫颈拭子送细菌室检测,比较两组细菌阳性率。结果擦洗组和灌洗组细菌阳性率分别为86.6%、86.8%、11.1%、0%;共分离出117株细菌。两组阳性率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论采用阴道灌洗后细菌阳性率明显低于阴道擦洗后,且无任何不良反应。从而达到清洁,预防感染的目的,确保手术成功。

Objective To study the cleaning effect of vaginal scrub and vaginal lavage before gynecologic operation, and to prevent the infection after operation. Method 180 patients before gynecologic operation were selected and randomly divided into vaginal scrub group （90 cases） and vaginal lavage group （90 cases）. Cervical swabs were taken to culture before and after vaginal cleaning. Result The positive rate of scrub group before and after vaginal cleaning was 86.6%and 11.1%. the lavage group was 86.8% and 0. The bacterial strains wet 117. there was significant different between vaginal scrub and vaginal lavage group. Conclusion The method of vaginal lavage is better than vaginal scrub and canprevent infection with no side effect.
