摘要
对钛酸钾催化碳酸丙烯酯(PC)和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)进行了研究。研究发现钛酸钾对该反应有较好的催化活性,高压水热法制备的钛酸钾的催化活性高于常压水热法、醇热法和固相法。以高压水热法制备的钛酸钾为催化剂,当催化剂用量为PC质量的1.85%,甲醇与PC摩尔比为13.9,反应温度64~80℃,反应时间7h时,PC转化率达91.1%,DMC选择性为86.5%。
The synthesis of dimethyl carbonate ( DMC ) by the transesterification of propylene carbonate ( PC ) with methanol catalyzed by potassium titanate was studied. It was found that potassium titanate prepared by hydrothermal method under high pressure possessed high catalytic activity compared with hydrothermal method under norreal pressure, solid phase method, and alcohol - heating method. When the potassium titanate prepared by hydrotherreal method under high pressure was used as catalyst,the mass of the catalyst was 1.85% of the propylene carbonate, reaction temperature was 64 - 80℃, the mole ratio of methanol to propylene carbonate was 13.9, and the reaction time was 7h,the conversion of PC was achieved 91.1% and the selectivity of DMC was 86. 5%.
