摘要 以羟丙基甲基纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯(HPMCP)为囊材,用溶媒蒸发法使替硝唑微囊化,并对微囊的主含药量、内含药物的体外释放进行了测定和考察。结果在人工胃液中有微量释放,在人工肠液中累计释放的3个主要参数T50、Td、m分别为21.36±0.11min、34.29±0.07min、1.47±0.03。 Tinidazole microcapsules were prepared by the solvent evaporation me thod using the hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose phthalate (HPMCP), as shell material. The drug releasing quantity experiments were carried out in artificial gastric and enteric juices respectively. Results showed that tinidazole microcapsule was released in little quantity in the artificial gastric juice, whereas in artificial enteric juice the main three parameters, such as T 50 , T d and M were 21.36±0.11min, 34.29±0.07min and 1.47± 0.03 min respectively. It was shown that tinidazole microcapsule is a formulation which had a sustained release action as well as a reduced irritation effect to the stomach.
