牛乳酪蛋白酶解物对SHR大鼠血压影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究牛乳酪蛋白酶解物对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的抗高血压作用。方法:将SHR和Wistar大鼠按照不同试验要求分组,单次灌胃和连续灌胃后,测定血压和组织内的血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活性。结果:单次灌胃高剂量的酪蛋白酶解物可使SHR的血压在5~7h显著降低,在24h又恢复到起始值,而Wistar大鼠血压无变化。以不同剂量连续4w灌胃SHR,在3~4w时其血压显著降低。SHR中动脉组织的ACE活性显著降低,其它器官组织的ACE活性差异不显著。结论:牛乳酪蛋白酶解物对SHR具有降压作用,其降压效果与剂量之间有相关性。 Objective: To study the effects of casein hydrolysate on hypertension in the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Method: SHR and Wistar rats were divided into several groups in different experiments. After oral and continuous gavage, blood pressure and tissue angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities were determined. Results: A significant decrease in systolic blood pressure of SHR was observed from 5 h to 7 h after a single oral gavage. Blood pressure returned to the initial level at 24h after garage. However, little change of blood pressure occurred in normotensive rats even at the highest dose. Different doses of casein hydrolysate by continuous 4w gavage also showed antihypertensive effect in SHR. The ACE activity of serum, lung, testes in SHR did not show significant difference from that in control group, whereas the aorta ACE activity decreased significantly. Conclusion: The casein hydrolysate of milk may have antihypertensive effects which are dose-dependent, especially at high dose.
