摘要
目的研究在纯净水生产中引入HACCP管理体系的实践,探讨提高纯净水卫生质量的方法。方法利用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP),对纯净水生产企业生产过程中危害因素进行分析,确定关键控制措施并实施。结果瓶(桶)盖消毒、料液(水)杀菌、水的反渗透为关键控制点。结论实施HACCP管理体系对提高纯净水卫生质量可行、有效。
Objective To introduce HACCP into purified water production management and explore method to improve sanitation quality of purified water. Methods Hazard factors in the production procedure of the purified water were analyzed using the HACCP principle. Results The bottle ( barrel ) cover disinfection, the material fluid ( water ) sterilization, the water counter - seepage were the essential control point. Conclusion It's feasible and effective to improve sanitation quality of purified water by HACCP.
