学科的建设与发展是高校特别是地方本科院校发展的关键。由于学科建设缺乏科学的总体规划,学术梯队建设不力,产学研结合不够密切等原因,地方本科院校在高等教育竞争中处于劣势。因此,地方本科院校必须创新内部管理理念,加强学科梯队培养,建设特色学科,以使新建地方本科院校在激烈的竞争中占有一席之地。

Construction and development of academic subjects is the key to colleges, especially new-built local colleges. At present new-built local colleges are in bad position in competition of education of high-level due to main problems such as absence of general scientific plans, good construction of teaching staff and combination among industry ,study and research. Therefore, new-built local colleges must innovate the ideas of management ,strengthen construction of teaching staff and construct particular academic subjects in order to win in competition of education of high-level.
