A Progress on Antitumor Drug EGFR Inhibitors

EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor)抑制剂是近年来发展起来的一类新型抗肿瘤药物,是当前抗癌药物研究的一大热点。笔者按照不同的结构分类,对EGFR抑制剂做了简要的介绍,并对其发展前景做了展望。

The epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） inhibitor is a new series of antitumor agent and the hot point of the research of anticancer drug. The EGFR inhibitors were reviewed based on the various structures, and prospects and trends for development and application were discussed.
