不对称转化拆分制备D-苯丙氨酸 被引量:1

摘要 以D-酒石酸为拆分剂,水杨醛为催化剂,在丙酸溶剂中不对称转化拆分外消旋苯丙氨酸得到D-苯丙氨酸,总收率74%,光学纯度>99%。 D-Phenylalanine was prepared by asymmetric resolution of DL-phenylalanine using D-tartaric acid as resolution agent and salicylaldehyde as catalyst in propionic acid with an overall yield of 74% and 99 % optical purity.
