摘要
目的:研究活血祛瘀解郁法对卒中后抑郁症大鼠海马基因的BDNF表达情况。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉永久性结扎致大鼠慢性低灌注PSD模型,采用免疫组化法分析海马BDNF蛋白的表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,给药组大鼠海马表现为BDNF阳性细胞数量明显增多。结论:中药治疗使实验性卒中后抑郁症大鼠海马BDNF基因表达水平增高。
Objective ： To investigate the expression of BDNF in the hippocampi in PSD rat treatment on Houxue Quyu jieyu method. Methods ：Achronic cerebral inschemia PSD rat model was set up with perrnanentbilateral common carotid arteries ligation ,expression of BDNF protein in the hippocampi area were analysis by immunohistochemistry. Results ：Compared with model group, expression level of BDNF in the hippocampi was significant improved. Conclusion ：TCM treatment could improve the expression level of BDNF in the hippocampi in PSD rat.
